Experience 60 mins of Yoga with visiting teacher Samuel Milnes. Samuel has been practising yoga for 9 years. In his class, he will focus on conscious movement, and uniting breath with yoga postures to create a holistic practice that nurtures the body and mind. No matter your experience level, you’re welcome here!
